Amendment to Strategic High-tech Commodities

Pursuant to Article 13 Paragraph 3 of the Foreign Trade Act, an amendment to Types of Strategic High-tech Commodities, Specific strategic High-tech Commodities and Exportation to Restricted Regions was issued and entered into force on April 6, 2022 by the Bureau of Foreign Trade (BOFT).  The amendment expanded the the scope of the controlled commodities to include a list of certain High_tech products to Russia.  Additional information is available at the website of The Bureau of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Economic Affairs(MOEA).
